Dan Reisner (b. 1964, Haifa, Israel) is an Israeli sculptor and multi-disciplinary artist, who specialises in outdoor sculpture, and in sculptures in the urban space. Reisner's Studio is currently located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Reisner holds a BFA from Hamidrasha Faculty of Arts, Beit Berl, and participated in the Post Graduate Program, Bezalel Academy of Art & Design, Israel. His work has been exhibited in major Israeli and international museums and galleries, among them the International African American Museum, Charleston, South Carolina, The Jewish Museum, Viena, The Herzliya Art Museum, The Israel Museum in Jerusalem, and The Tel Aviv Museum. His work is in public and private collections both in Israel and abroad. Thus far he has installed around twenty permanent, large-scale sculptures in Israel and around the world. Reisner is the participant of Mital HaPais Grant for Culture and Arts and American Israel Cultural Foundation Grant, and is the alumnus of Cite lnternationale des Arts, (Paris, France) Residency Program amongst others.
